1TEAMACTIVE
In partnership with Sport England, and with £348k of funding from the National Lottery, TeamPolice announced the launch of 1TeamActive. A pilot sport and activity programme to improve the health, lifestyle, and wellbeing of the Policing family.
Sardines are working together with 1TeamActive to enhance and complement their onsite events with a digital strategy and to create a community platform for maximum engagement.
ETHOS PEOPLE EVENTS
Ethos is a network of social entrepreneurs and innovators who create innovative and sustainable solutions to society’s complex challenges.
Ethos partners work remotely, but due to the pandemic, many partners have been onboarded without ever physically meeting each other. Creating rapport through business as usual is difficult. Sardines have therefore spearheaded a monthly get-together to enhance team cohesion and building.
UK COGNITIVE LINGUISTICS CONFERENCE 2020
The UK Cognitive Linguistics Conference is an important event for research on language and cognition. Not wanting to miss that opportunity, they decided to go virtual in response to the global health crisis.
Elisa, the founder of Sardines, organised and managed this event while responsible for the University of Birmingham's College of Arts and Law Conferences. The Conference attracted double the projected delegates and was very well received. With multiple delegates proclaiming it the benchmark for virtual conferences in the field.
TEAMPOLICE
TeamPolice raises much-needed funds through an innovative commercial sponsorship scheme to help improve the wellbeing of everyone who is serving and has served in our UK Police Forces by enabling increased participation in sport and physical activity.
Sardines works with TeamPolice to organise their webinar series and online activity challenges, a community platform, and to enhance their onsite events with a digital strategy.
